  • Office Leasing Coordinator

    Job Description

    Job Description Summary - Process applications and background checks as applications are sent in, communicating with the prospect to let them know if they are approved, denied or approved with conditions, generate leases and email lease signing information, coordinate key pickups for prospective residents, answering the leasing line to answer questions, keep marketing and advertising sources up to date on available units.

    Bachelor Degree Required, Experience with Leasing/Property Management, Organized, Outgoing, Quick learner, Patient, Experience with Yardi Voyager 7s or RENTCafe a plus!

  • Field Leasing Agent

    Job Description

    Job Description Summary - Field Responsibilities include: Showings, complete follow-ups with prospects, log daily traffic into Yardi, provide daily feedback/wrap up to team.
    In-Office Responsibilities include: update Craigslist postings, listen and follow-up to voicemails, check and respond to Leasing related emails, provide pricing input for apartments.

  • Maintenance I - HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing

    Job Description

    We are looking for someone to help with MAJOR maintenance in all portfolios. This position will be in charge of, but not limited to, minor to major plumbing, electrical, boiler work, and A/C units. Plumbing - issues including troubleshooting and soldiering pipe; Electrical - troubleshooting and finding any issues; Boiler work - checking the boiler temperatures and efficiency, boiler work to improve/fix issues; A/C units - making sure everything is working correctly and efficiently; Work orders - repairing all work orders in a timely manner; Teamwork - working with all Portfolio Managers and Maintenance Technicians to get the job done.

    Requirements

    You must have your own vehicle and tools. If you have the right skill set, a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and you enjoy working in a team oriented environment, we offer a very attractive salary and benefit package. The ability to be self directed is a must!

  • Maintenance II - General Apartment Maintenance

    Job Description

    We are looking for someone to help with General Apartment Maintenance in all portfolios. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, unit turns, work orders, plumbing, electrical, boiler work, and drywall repairs. Unit turns - doing any repairs needed and making sure a unit is clean; Work orders - there are issues that come up and we go into units to fix and repair in a timely manner; Plumbing - fixing a toilet flush valve, clearing sink or tub drains, checking disposals, replacing tub drains, faucets, and shutoff valves; Electrical - changing lights or replacing outlets and ballasts; Boiler work - checking the boiler temperatures and efficiency; Drywall repairs - repairing a hole in a wall or drywall around a new fixture or appliance.

    Requirements

    2+ Years of General Maintenance Experience Required. You must have your own vehicle and tools.
