The University of Denver attracts a vibrant college crowd, both undergrad and graduate students. Typical of college towns, the neighborhoods buzz with folks walking and cycling to class, to eat, to party. There are plenty of restaurants to feed starving students, plenty of opportunity for recreation and culture, and an always-improving campus at the center of the hubbub (the University has undergone about $500 million in improvements in the past ten years). The 125-acre property adds greenery, paths, and historical architecture to the urban campus.
The Rental Process
Cornerstone rents apartments and homes that are available for immediate occupancy. Two weeks is the maximum time we will hold an apartment or home.
Looking for an apartment more than a few weeks away? We recommend you give us a call or visit this webpage up to one month before your desired move-in date.
