The biggest challenge for an apartment investor is managing the asset. We have created a business model that allows us to operate small and mid-size buildings at a level typically reserved for large apartment communities. Our scale in the central Denver market allows us to drive down operating costs, lease our properties efficiently and deliver a superior level of service to our residents. Our portfolio consists of 36 properties and over 900 units.
