The coordinator will need to be organized and have the ability to connect and communicate with people. As the face of Cornerstone to the public, the coordinator must be professional, knowledgeable and most of all, care about helping people. The Office Administrator will answer the phones, organize office inventory, greet office visitors, take and enter work orders, and help with general administrative office duties.
Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager experience are a plus. Must be able to multitask, communicate effectively and be organized. A Bachelor's Degree and the ability to speak Spanish are preferred.
