  • Building Manager - High Rise in Downtown Denver

    Job Description

    We are looking for a building manager for a 200 unit high rise in Downtown Denver. This individual must be organized, professional, and experienced in apartment management. Maintenance technicians, office assistant, and housekeeper will report to you regarding their day to day work schedules and projects going on throughout the building. Some duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customer Service; Organization and Time Management; Oversee Maintenance Operations; Oversee on-site office; Preparing and managing capital budgets.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree; Experience with Apartment Management, 2+ years; Project Management; Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus; Experience with Denver Housing Authority/Section 8 a plus. Scheduled hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday. Dress code is business casual.   • Leasing Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are looking to hire a Leasing Coordinator. Apartments are in a high demand, and a leasing coordinator will be working directly with all prospects throughout the leasing process. Some duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing applications and background checks as applications are submitted; Communicating with prospects to let them know if they are approved or denied; generating leases and email lease signing information to future residents; confirming renter's insurance; putting together move-in folders; coordinating key pickups.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree; Experience with Leasing/Property Management. Being organized, outgoing, patient, quick learner and experience with Yardi/RentCafe is a plus! Dress code is business casual. Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.   • Maintenance I - HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing

    Job Description

    We are looking for someone to help with MAJOR maintenance in all portfolios. This position will be in charge of, but not limited to, minor to major plumbing, electrical, boiler work, and A/C units. Plumbing - issues including troubleshooting and soldiering pipe; Electrical - troubleshooting and finding any issues; Boiler work - checking the boiler temperatures and efficiency, boiler work to improve/fix issues; A/C units - making sure everything is working correctly and efficiently; Work orders - repairing all work orders in a timely manner; Teamwork - working with all Portfolio Managers and Maintenance Technicians to get the job done.

  • Maintenance II - General Apartment Maintenance

    Job Description

    We are looking for someone to help with General Apartment Maintenance in all portfolios. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, unit turns, work orders, plumbing, electrical, boiler work, and drywall repairs. Unit turns - doing any repairs needed and making sure a unit is clean; Work orders - there are issues that come up and we go into units to fix and repair in a timely manner; Plumbing - fixing a toilet flush valve, clearing sink or tub drains, checking disposals, replacing tub drains, faucets, and shutoff valves; Electrical - changing lights or replacing outlets and ballasts; Boiler work - checking the boiler temperatures and efficiency; Drywall repairs - repairing a hole in a wall or drywall around a new fixture or appliance.

    Requirements

    2+ Years of General Maintenance Experience Required. You must have your own vehicle and tools.   • Grounds Keeper

    Job Description

    We are looking for someone to help with grounds in all portfolios. This position will be in charge of, but not limited to, trash removal, leaves, sweeping, plants and lawn care, gutters, bulbs, shop supplies, posting notices, and snow removal.

    Requirements

    Landscaping knowledge, a plus. Landscaping experience, preferred. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Climb ladders when needed. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
